Faculty of Fire National Training Institute (FNTI)

Faculty Evaluation of Fire National Training Institute (FNTI)

The rigorous training inside FNTI was an experience that every fire trainee had that they can never forget. From Fire Basic Recruit Course (FBRC) to the Fire Officers Trainings, the tough training provided by the institution is the measurement of the dedication of the Faculties of the Training institution.

All the trainees salute you for your gallantry and toughness to manage the huge number of hard headed (sometimes) fire trainee. There are times that the relationship between the faculties and the trainees becomes fragile that there is a need for a tough director to decide on the cause and the solution of that problem. Numerous times that the faculties of the FNTI are put into the test but they continued to evolve into much receptive and functional instructors not only inside the class room but even in the tactical instructions.

The unique strategy and philosophy of all the faculties which are being manifested by the leadership and managerial skill of the men and women, uniform and non uniform personnel of the FNTI faculties are the secret that fire trainees can not decipher, which in some instances are misinterpreted as mall treatment or abuse. But in the family of the uniform men and women of the fire service, this coded system of method of instruction of the faculties are the things that makes every one of them become a true men and women of the fire service. All are believed to have change a lot form the moment they entered the gates of FNTI into a much broad minded individual, who knows how to mingle to deferent cultured people. Many fire trainee give the gates of FNTI a symbolic name, “The Gate Of Change”.

These are all due to the dedicated and gallant few people of FNTI. They are facing a great challenge on how to mold new bread of firefighters in meeting the demands of this ever advancing world, they steadfast in their resolve of delivering a productive fire personnel to the pubic service.

Greetings! To the personnel and staff of FNTI, happy new year to each and every one. To name a few is not much but to thank you all is very much, from the hearts of all the fire trainees.
